Comments in documents
When working with editable documents, you can add comments and reply to comments from your colleagues.
Add a comment
Open a document.
Select text or an image in a document.
Click the
button to the right of the document text or on the toolbar.
Enter a comment.
Click Comment.

to the header and its content;
to the entire table, cell, column, line (but you can apply to the text in the cell);
to list markers (but can be to the text in the list or the entire list).
Edit a comment
Hover over the comment and click the
button.
Select Edit.
Change the comment text.
Click Save.

Delete a comment
Hover over the comment and click the
button.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.

Reply to a comment
Click on a comment.
The Reply box will appear. Enter your answer.
Press Reply.

View all comments
To view all comments for a document, click the button in the upper right corner.
This will open a window with a list of all comments.

To do this, click the button and select a status. Only comments of this status will remain in the list.
Mark a comment as resolved
If the issue raised in the comment has already been resolved, you can close the entire comment thread so that they do not interfere with the work with the document.
To do this, select the first comment in the thread and click the button.
As a result, the comment thread will not appear to the right of the document.
Resolved comments are available when viewing all comments. They are highlighted in gray in the list.

Reopen resolved comment
Open the list of all comments (button
).
Set the filter to All or Solved.
Find the comment in the list.
Hover over the comment and click the
button.
Select Reopen.

How to know if someone has commented on a document
Each new comment is marked with a blue dot.

For the owner of the document, all new comments are marked, for other users, only those discussions in which they participate.
In addition, a message about new comments is sent to the user’s mail.
