Conditions
Add condition
To work with display conditions via MS Word connect the Doc.one add-in and open the template in Microsoft Word.
Add to the template all variations of the text that might appear in the document under various circumstances. Remember that you cannot condition text that contains the characters [,], |, {, and}.
Open the Doc.one Tab in the toolbar.
Click the Show add-in panel button in the top menu. The Doc.one add-in panel appears to the right of the document.
Click the Add condition button.
A form for adding a condition will appear on the sidebar. Select a piece of text.
In the sidebar, in the Title field, enter a question that is common to all options. In the Answer field, enter the answer in which the selected text fragment will be displayed in the document.
Press the Save condition button to save the display condition.
A piece of text will be highlighted with a checkmark containing a question and answer, at which it will be displayed. Select the next snippet.
In the Title field, select the previously entered question that is common to all options. In the Answer field, enter the answer in which the selected text fragment will be displayed in the document.
Press the Save condition button to save the display condition. Repeat the steps for each piece of text.
As a result, questions and answers will be indicated for all variants of the text, in which the text will be displayed. That is, the user who creates the document will only need to answer the list of questions on the sidebar, to form a document from a general template, suitable for specific conditions.

View conditions
Open the Doc.one Tab in the toolbar.
Click the Show add-in panel button in the top menu. The Doc.one add-in panel appears to the right of the document.
Press the Questions button.
A list of questions and answers for the text display conditions appears. Questions in the list are in bold.

Edit Condition
Click the Questions button on the sidebar.
A list of template conditions is displayed. Select a question or answer from the list and hover over it.
Click the
button that appears and select Rename.
Change the text as required and press Enter key.
The text of the question or answer will be changed.


Create Multiple Choice Condition in MS Word
You can create multiple choice conditions. That is, the same text will be displayed when choosing different answer options by the user who is forming the document.
After creating the display conditions, click the Questions button in the sidebar.
A list of template conditions appears. Select the question for which you want to set up multiple choice and hover over it.
Click the image: buttons\menu_white_fr.jpg[Menu] button and select Allow Multiple Choices.

Remove condition
Click the Questions button on the sidebar.
A list of template conditions appears. Select an answer from the list and hover over it.
Click the
button and select Delete.
The answer option will be deleted.

Click the Questions button on the sidebar.
A list of template conditions appears. Select a question from the list and hover over it.
Click the
button and select Delete.

The question and all possible answers to it will be deleted.
