Documents report
To view statistics on created documents in Doc.one, open the Settings section.
The Documents block contains information on the created documents:
for the last month
for the last year
for the entire period
In addition, the block provides the ability to generate a detailed report on the created documents in CSV format.
To generate a report:
Click the
button in the upper right corner of the Documents block.Select Download report.
A report in CSV format for all documents created in Doc.one will be generated and saved to the device. The data for each document contains:
Document / package name
Document url
Template name
Template url
Date and time of document creation
Full name of the user who created the document
Email of the user who created the document
