Conditions
You can add multiple variations of the text to the template. The text will be displayed in the document depending on the conditions that the user chooses.
For example, you can reflect in the agreement the procedure and terms of payment, depending on the method of payment. You don’t need to create several separate templates for this. It is enough to add condition. When drawing up a contract, the user only needs to answer the question about the method of payment.

Dependency between conditions of one fragment
If more than one condition is applied to one piece of text, there may be one of the logical operators between them:
"And" - the text will appear in the document only if all the conditions imposed on this text are met (all questions of the conditions are answered accordingly);
"OR" - the text will appear if at least one of the conditions is met (an appropriate answer is given to one of the questions.
